A place to exhale — and let story do what it’s always done best — help us make sense of ourselves.

You don’t need to be a writer to come to this.

The Story Salon is for women who feel deeply (like CC Bloom deep), think a lot (like, a lot a lot), and are tired of holding it all inside (so. freaking. tired.).

This isn’t about writing well, being polished (or published), or knowing what you’re doing (we’re all just figuring it out).

The Story Salon is a quiet space to slow down and listen — to yourself — and let story do what it’s always done best: help us make sense of ourselves.

We write without judgment, share without fixing, and let the page hold what we don’t need to carry alone anymore.

If you’ve been carrying more than you’ve been saying, this is for you.

What This Is

The Story Salon is a guided, small-group experience rooted in the Gateless approach — a method that removes criticism, comparison, and pressure so the nervous system can settle and insight can emerge, especially around the stories we carry.

You’ll write in response to a gentle prompt.
There’s no right way to do it.
No performance.
No fixing.

Some folks choose to read aloud. Others simply listen.
Everything shared is met with warmth, respect, and care — never judgment or advice (thank sweet baby Jesus).

What This Isn't

This is not a writing workshop.
It’s not group therapy.
It’s not about fixing or being fixed.

Writing here is simply a tool — a way to listen inward and let story take shape from the inside out.

Why The Gateless Method

When judgment is removed, something special (you might even say, magical) happens — especially around the stories we carry.

The body relaxes.
The mind quiets.
What’s been swirling starts to take shape.

Gateless is grounded in neuroscience and decades of practice, showing that when we’re met with curiosity instead of judgment, we gain access to deeper insight, creativity, and trust — not by thinking harder, but by letting our stories speak.

People often leave salons feeling:

✨ more like themselves again

✨clearer about the stories they’ve been holding — and which ones they’re ready to set down

✨more connected to their inner knowing (and the quiet voice that’s been trying to get their attention)

This work ripples out — into relationships, decisions, and how you show up in your real-live-life.

The space Casey creates is unlike anything I’ve experienced — grounded, deeply supportive.

It’s not about doing. It’s about being held.

Who This Is For

This is for you if you:

✔️ feel a lot (like, ALL the things) and don’t always have space to process it

✔️ want clarity without overthinking

✔️ are carrying stories from change, leadership, caregiving, loss, or big life shifts

✔️ are curious about writing as a way to understand yourself — not something you need to “be good at”

✔️ want to remember you’re not alone (because you’re not — and gathering reminds us)

✔️ feel like something inside you wants a voice, even if you don’t know what it’s saying yet

You don’t have to know what your story is.
You just have to be willing to listen.

You don’t need any writing experience.
You don’t need to prepare.
Curiosity is enough.

Join the Story Salon — We saved you a seat.

There’s something powerful about being held in a container like this — it meets you exactly where you are.

It gives you space to listen and reconnect with yourself.

Hey love, I'm Casey.

I want every woman to own her magic.

All of my work is about helping you become the kind of woman who changes lives simply by being you.

Whether that’s hitting share on a butterflies-in-your-belly Instagram post, saying the thing you usually talk yourself out of, or simply chatting with the barista who makes your extra-hot-vanilla-oat-latte — you affect people. You elevate the everyday. You make things better.

That’s owning your magic—being so connected to who you are and what you believe that you can’t help but make an impact.

That’s what I want for you.
